A deep dive embodied enquiry via meditations, pranayamas, yoga asana, philosophy, somatic & intuitive movement. A morning practice that awakens, clears and energises; the fruits of the practice serving as guidance and support as you move into your day and the week ahead.

Friday lunchtimes:

A slow flow practice that focuses on breath and movement; dropping into flow and felt sense enquiry that shifts energy in mind, body and spirit intended to leave you feeling energised, spacious and reminded of how amazing it is to move and befriend your body with respect and love, awareness and attention...a great way to start your weekend.

Thursdays: HOMEBODY. I've started offering 1.5hr online embodied enquiry sessions; mixing music, free movement and free flow writing as an opportunity to access deeper layers of understanding, clarity and insight. Next one 7th May.
